Workers Compensation Discount Program
The Morehead-Rowan County Chamber of Commerce offers a Workers Compensation Discount Program that can save members 10% on their current workers compensation insurance policies. The program is administered by Clearpath Mutual, which works with your current insurance holder to underwrite the discount.To qualify for the program, businesses must have been in business for at least two years and have a MOD rating of 1.30 or less.
Health Insurance
The Morehead-Rowan County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, offers the Chamber Advantage health insurance plan for small businesses with 2-50 employees.
Cost Savings and Predictability:
Chamber Advantage is a self-funded plan that allows small businesses to join a larger pool, sharing overall claims risk and getting financial protection backed by Anthem. This results in lower costs and more predictable rates.
Eligibility Requirements:
To participate, a business must have 2-50 eligible employees, be domiciled in Kentucky, and be in good standing with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce or their local participating chamber.
